Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Natalie McLean!

I’m so glad you found my website! I’m a Certified Health & Life Coach who is determined to put you on a path to feeling energized, light, and completely healthy! 

After having my kids, I found myself 20 pounds overweight. Not only was I unhappy with how I looked, but I also hated how I felt – moody and with very little energy to do the things I once loved doing. It was not till I had a health scare that I realized it was time to make some serious changes to the way I did health of mind and body. 

 Determined to take back control of my health and wellbeing, I began to make healthier food choices and my health began to improve. I lost the extra weight I was carrying around, and my confidence soared. I now have the energy to do all the things I love doing. Today, I take full responsibility for my health and wellbeing, and I am empowered to be the best I can possibly be. 

When I am not Coaching, you will find me belting my heart out on a stage with a band of talented musicians. And when I’m not doing that, you will find me cooking, painting, writing poetry or lyrics and making handmade cards, never far from a great smoothie loaded with healthy goodness, on my table. 

I want you to have the same life changing revelation that I had after transforming my diet and my life. My vision is to provide you a place of support and connection to reach your goals through powerful coaching sessions and I am eager to share with you the key components of living this lifestyle based on your individual requirements. 

It is my honor and privilege to serve you, help you gain clarity and subsequently empower you to stand in your own light too.
